What do you want to contribute?
The things I really want to see happen are:
— Building our group to last and building Events at Stanford to last. This means managing an effective leadership transition and working with the university to secure funding and management of E@S long term.
— Making E@S more student friendly. Getting a student version of the website live. Getting lots more student groups using the screens to display videos. Getting RSS feeds happening.
— Blender launch being successful. A lot has gone into this project, and it’s exciting to see it take off.
— Seeing Groups at Stanford get into the pipeline. Lot’s of brainstorming on this.

How do you want to Grow?
I want to be a better project manager. I want to be better about delivering on our committments. I want to better understand what motivates a team, and how supporting infrastructure can catalyze that. I want to be a better listener.

How will this be fun?
It’s all about the people. I love working with the folks on the team, and think the community that is ISIS is truly special. I hope to see another mini-offsite this quarter where we can get away and innovate. It’s also a lot of fun to start discovering events that are interesting…
