memigobobmannnw.jpgI opened up my RSS reader today and found an interesting article from memigo, a service that tracks popular articles on the web and recommends them to users based on their preferences. At the bottom of the RSS summary, it said “Memigo user bobman originally submitted this article”. Wait a minute, I thought–bobman is me! I didn’t do that…

memigobobman.jpgTurns out that, based on my settings, the site found my blog and its RSS feed, and automatically submitted articles I’d linked to into the service. One of them proved popular enough to be recommended back to me–and what do you know, it was a perfect fit!
