The ISIS IM Thread
Apologies if this already exists, but I’d like to gather IM screennames of ISIS people, just to be able to communicate quicker.
I’ll start - I’m MerkuroN (on AIM).
Just add your screenname/UIN as a comment!
New Blender Logo Ideas…
Some new, some old Blender logo ideas up at http://www.stanford.edu/~merkuron/isis/blender/. I’m trying to figure out whether something should actually go inside the blender, or if we should leave it blank. The ‘iBlender’ name is just poking fun at the now rounded-corner logo. Blender-Star was someting Phil sketched that Mojan had me mock […]
The blender has been described various ways by various people. Popular definitions include: office space for student groups, place to try new things, a place to bring people together who wouldn’t otherwise meet, a place to incubate new service ideas, etc.

For those unfamiliar with the technology, it’s […]
Fancy Jargon
I already now have a reputation as a jargon-junkie (calcify, adhocracies, philosophistry)…

Not sure where to post this, we don’t have a bug submission system (or do we and I just haven’t been paying attention?). The new blog format is skewed when viewed with a Gecko browser. Check this screenshot for details.
And baaaaack to work. Damn Sundays.
ISIS blog exceeds 500 posts!
Sure we’re not as prolific as Phil’s singlehanded posting over at his blog, but we’ve posted over 500 items to the ISIS blog. Way to go team!
As you can see, we’ve also been tinkering with the blog layout, trying to make it more conducive to what we’re using it for. You’ll notice that there’re […]
